This role involves strategic business partnering with unit leaders, overseeing the implementation of budgeting systems, and managing a team of analysts. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in Software/SaaS or a multi-entity environment is preferred.
• CPA or CFA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit Presidents to drive profitability.
• Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting.
• Prepare monthly Management Reporting Package and variance analysis.
