Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to supervise, coordinate and ensure timely installation and completion of flooring projects. This role oversees employee relations, safety, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

You will develop and implement growth strategies, inspect job sites, forecast weekly, monthly and yearly financials, and recruit and retain qualified staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of flooring/construction operations management experience.
• Good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for growth and profitability.
• Ensure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project.
• Forecast financial outlook weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Address problems during installation.
• Communicate with management and employees on all aspects.
• Recruit and retain qualified employees.
• Set goals and review branch employees.
• Understand and implement company policies and procedures.
• Review daily safety paperwork (New Hire Orientation, DOT, Safe work plans).
