CentiMark Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew in Moncton, NB. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient installation of our commercial roofing systems.

You will supervise 6–12 workers, train the crew, manage paperwork and time tracking, and coordinate with field supervisors and customers. A minimum 5 years roofing experience and travel up to 50% are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in general roofing.
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systems.
• Valid and current Driver's License.
• Experience with Leak Investigations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Willing to travel out of town (50%).
• Able to work on weekends and/or Holidays as needed.

CentiMark Ltd. is looking for experienced Roofing Production Foreman to join our team in Moncton, NB. For over 29 years, CentiMark Ltd. has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry. Onsite safety and job training is provided. Roofing job responsibilities include supervising the installation of materials and tactics required for roof work.

This role is paying $38/hr - $42/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary:

• Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 12 people

• Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies
• Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays as needed
