Job summary

CentiMark Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to supervise a crew of 6–12 in Dartmouth, NS. The role includes leading field applications, ensuring safety, and managing paperwork and time-tracking using a mobile app. Onsite work with travel up to 50% is required.

Experience in commercial/industrial roofing and a strong safety record are essential. Compensation is $38–$42 per hour, based on experience, with benefits and opportunities at CentiMark’s Canada operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in general roofing.
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (50%).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 12 people.
• Ensure crew safety, service and quality measures.
• Lead crew with field applications and communicate with customers/management.
• Handle paperwork and use the mobile time app.
• Install CentiMark roofs with safe, efficient work.
