Qualifications

  • Proven experience in flooring installation, epoxy application, tile laying, or related construction fields.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, buffing machines, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate epoxy flooring installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor crew members, providing guidance on techniques such as tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, and floor care.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
  • Perform surface preparation tasks including concrete finishing, water damage restoration, and floor buffing for optimal results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout all phases of installation.
  • Assist in construction estimating by assessing project scope and material needs.

  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and floor care techniques
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
  • Additional skills such as cabinetry installation, handyman experience, remodeling, or construction painting are a plus
