Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
• Prospect for other non-agreement customers; manage leads and quotes.
• Lead proposals and ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers.
• Develop account profiles, strategies, and service delivery plans.
• Monitor customer inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
• Review weekly financial performance and adjust plans for underperforming accounts.
• Sell and expand the customer base to meet growth plans.
