Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience is valued.
• Competencies: customer focus, problem solving, collaboration, adaptability, results orientation.
• Understanding accounts receivable, credit, and basic ROI calculations.
• Customer service capacity is a plus.
• Must multi-task and think critically in high-stress situations.
• Effective communication in person, by phone and in writing.
• Proficient with telephone, computer, and Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio, mainly small service agreement customers and house accounts.
• Drives growth by prospecting other non-agreement customers and managing leads and quotes.
• Manages T&M and Quoted Job opportunities with the estimating team and delivers proposals timely.
• Leads account management including customer profiles, strategies, and budget planning with scheduled visits.
• Identifies issues and communicates business goals and objectives on all accounts.
• Responds within 24 hours to inquiries and reviews weekly AR performance with corrective plans.
• Supports department growth goals by making required customer sales calls.
