Job summary

Chubb in Canada seeks a Business Development Manager, A&H for the Western Region. You will drive new business and renewals by building strong broker relationships and delivering strategic solutions in Group Life and Accident & Health.

Travel up to 60% across Canada; you will partner with brokers and consultants, deploy sales strategies, and manage key accounts to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent insurance experience.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience, ideally in group insurance.
• CEBS and LLQP are assets.
• Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business sales of Group Life, Accident and Critical Illness through brokers and consultants.
• Achieve growth targets and sales metrics.
• Deploy the national A&H sales strategy and pursue large RFP opportunities.
• Establish and maintain broker relationships via meetings and events.
• Provide knowledge of Group Benefit plans to support client challenges.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and presentation delivery.
• Maintain relationships to secure renewals and retention.
• Build relationships to source new sources of business.
• Day-to-day account management and promote Chubb Life in Canada.
