Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant banking or customer service/sales experience.
• 1–3 years of banking or customer service/sales experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards and policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches employees to deliver service to customers and prospects.
• Advises customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Identifies referrals to other business groups.
• Ensures compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
• Builds relationships with community partners to create new opportunities.
