Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Director, Client Growth & Engagement within the CAS, reporting to the AVP Benefits & Insurance. The role drives growth, engagement and client experience across the Benefits & Insurance journey, turning funnel insights into actionable steps.

You will lead campaigns, journeys and engagement strategies, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams, and measure impact to elevate client value and retention. 7+ years of senior leadership in related fields is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth, customer experience, client engagement, sales enablement, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and engagement initiatives that increase acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Partner with Insurance Sales to improve lead conversion.
• Develop and execute campaigns and client journeys across Portable Benefits, Health & Dental, and Individual Insurance.
• Optimize communications and digital journeys using a test-and-learn approach.
• Lead voice of the customer and client satisfaction programs and capture feedback.
