Our Retirement & Savings team helps bring that ambition to life by connecting plan members with advice, education and planning support throughout their financial journey. Through retirement planning, savings advice and targeted engagement programmes, we help Canadians make informed financial decisions and improve their long-term financial well-being.
Reporting to the AVP, Client Advisory Retirement & Savings, the Director, Client Growth & Engagement is responsible for driving client growth, engagement and retention outcomes across Canada Life's Retirement & Savings business. This role owns the engagement strategy that connects members to advice across key segments. Working closely with Performance Management, Marketing, Digital, Technology, and other key partners, the Director translates business objectives and member insights into targeted engagement strategies, campaigns and experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. This role also leads the team's digital strategy, test-and-learn framework, and voice of client programmes to continuously improve engagement, conversion and retention results.
The base salary for this position is between $114,200 - $164,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
