Lammle’s Western Wear in Calgary seeks a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to transform our Western lifestyle into compelling online campaigns. You’ll lead content strategy, oversee organic channels, email marketing, CRM, and paid media, while guiding a Content Creator to deliver on-brand assets.

Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to optimize campaigns, leverage AI tools, and drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, content marketing or social media leadership.
• Strong portfolio of digital campaigns and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and revenue.
• Oversee organic channels, email marketing, CRM, and paid media.
• Direct Content Creator and ensure brand-aligned assets.
• Develop and implement annual content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with agencies to optimize paid campaigns and performance.
• Translate strategy into compelling digital storytelling across touchpoints.
