Lammle’s is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to bring the Western lifestyle story to life online. You will translate vision into compelling content and campaigns, leading a Content Creator and coordinating with media agencies to optimize paid and organic channels.

Role focuses on building customer-first digital experiences across social, email, website, and CRM, aiming to grow traffic, engagement, and revenue for the brand.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, content marketing or social media leadership.
• Strong portfolio of digital campaigns and content.
• Experience leading photo/video shoots and content production.
• Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and email marketing.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Shopify Analytics and Klaviyo.
• Experience managing external agencies.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, project management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
