Job summary

Brim Financial seeks a senior leader to own the rewards ecosystem end-to-end. You will source, negotiate, and close merchant partnerships, curate the rewards marketplace, and design commercial models that balance merchant value and Brim’s revenue.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, rewards, loyalty, marketplaces, or related commercial roles.
• Deep expertise in rewards and merchant ecosystems, with track records of building and scaling programs.
• Strong existing network of merchant, brand, vendor, and affiliate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and close high-value partnerships with merchants, brands, and affiliate networks.
• Own rewards marketplace strategy, partner mix, and merchandising to maximize cardholder engagement.
• Develop commercial models across revenue share, merchant-funded offers, affiliate economics, interchange, and other structures.
• Lead partnerships from prospecting through contracting, onboarding, launch, performance management, and renewal.
• Track performance, revenue, engagement, and partner economics; improve the portfolio and act decisively on underperforming partnerships.
• Bring market intelligence and innovative ideas to strengthen Brim’s competitive position.
