Responsibilities

• Proactively manage client requests and understand client needs
• Manage risk selection, plan design, and pricing for renewals and quotations in small to mid-size group insurance market
• Assist Senior Underwriters with complex renewal and quote preparation
• Help prepare financial reports for large VIP clients
• Provide clear underwriting recommendations and document decisions
• Collaborate with the Sales team to acquire new business and renew existing clients
• Ensure all work meets departmental service standards
