CBIG in Prince George, BC is seeking a Group Retirement Sales & Service Advisor to grow and administer the group retirement business. You will support plan members with information and advice, aiming to increase voluntary contributions and transfers while collaborating with the Group Retirement team.

The role emphasizes client experience, regular member outreach, and liaison with fund companies. Travel as needed to service clients across Canada.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated sales and customer relations experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Provide group retirement sales and services to clients.
• Contact retirement plan members by phone on a regular basis.
• Explain benefits of voluntary contributions and referrals to other departments.
• Meet with plan members to review retirement and investment options.
• Prepare presentations for clients and prospects.
• Maintain CRM accounts and track communications.
