Royal Bank of Canada in Vancouver is seeking a mobile sales professional to retain and grow Sponsor relationships within RBC Group Advantage. You will provide expert advice on the full product range and identify cross-sell opportunities, supporting travel across the Lower Mainland with a 40-50% travel requirement.

You will work with RBC branches and sales teams to tailor plans, conduct annual reviews, and promote group retirement solutions while building a strong internal network and delivering

Competenze

• Must-have: Retirement Plans knowledge, Group RRSPs, group investment accounts, and client agreements.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills to guide discovery, negotiation and closing with corporate clients.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management to promote and tailor Group Advantage plans.

Mansioni

• Manage existing Sponsor relationships and refer clients to RBC channels for full solutions.
• Act as integrator and champion of Group Advantage products within market sales teams.
• Conduct an Annual Review with Sponsors and document changes.
• Maintain expertise on industry trends, regulations, and competition to tailor advice.
• Build networks of internal partners across Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.
• Organize and participate in community/corporate events to raise awareness.
• Organize information sessions for Sponsor employees to increase participation.
• Collaborate with Group Consultant to execute launch events for Sponsors.
