AGA Benefit Solutions is seeking a seasoned retirement plans professional to service clients, present governance reports, facilitate employee sessions, coordinate relations with partners and contribute to growth of the retirement business.

The role requires a university degree with 5–7 years in retirement plans, a group annuity certificate or commitment to obtain it, strong knowledge of benefits legislation and MS Office. Bilingual English/French communication is essential, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of experience in retirement plans.
• Must hold a group annuity certificate delivered by the Autorité des marchés financiers or commit to obtain it in the near future (group insurance certificate)
• Very good knowledge of benefits legislation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written, with ability to support English-speaking clients across Canada

Responsabilidades

• Visit groups under supervision to maintain relationships and support them with problem solving.
• Meet with partner brokers to build relationships, support problem solving and new business development.
• Prepare governance reports within deadlines and present findings to group leaders and brokers.
• Explain retirement plan features to group leaders or insured members during calls or meetings.
• Participate in development of new retirement business and promote company products.
• Coordinate implementation and transfer of groups and follow up on inquiries.
• Represent AGA Benefit Solutions at conventions or conferences and train colleagues when needed.
