You will leverage an extensive professional network to drive client growth and participate in a comprehensive compensation plan tied to performance.

- Experience creating a referral network with centres of influence.
Mansioni
- Anchor clients to Group Retirement Savings and Financial Wellness programs: 60% lead generation, 40% sales activation.
- Identify referral opportunities for Mortgage Assistance and Capital Loan Programs.
- Champion the RBC Group Advantage value proposition with partners and external markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior managers across Canadian Personal & Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.
- Enable activities to acquire new Group Advantage Sponsors.
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends.
