Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Service Relationship Specialist in Vancouver to represent the company externally and support Mid-Market and Advisors/Consultants with Plan Sponsors. You will work with Account Executives to deliver value and service to clients through collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners.

You will advise on Plan designs, drive digital adoption, deliver presentations, and lead training for plan administrators.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of work experience in Group Benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits products and services.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support Distribution partners in acquiring new business and participate in finalist presentations.
• Respond to benefit plan inquiries and resolve escalated inquiries from Plan Sponsors and Advisors.
• Resolve escalations and negotiate favorable outcomes for all parties.
• Initiate amendment requests to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Operations to share information and identify issues.
