Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Service Relationship Specialist to partner with Mid-Market clients and Plan Advisors. In this client-facing role, you will support distribution partners, manage complex inquiries, and drive adoption of digital benefits tools across plan sponsors and members.

You will build lasting client relationships, provide insights on plan designs, and deliver training on new features, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of work experience in Group Benefits.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Group Benefits products and services.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Support Distribution partners in acquiring new business and assist in finalist presentations and implementation meetings.
• Respond to benefit plan inquiries and resolve escalated inquiries from Plan Sponsors and Advisors.
• Champion for successful outcomes and negotiate service escalations; drive amendments to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience/Operations to share information and identify issues with online customers.
• Educate clients on digital tools as part of Plan administration and adoption initiatives.
• Lead customer workshops and training on product updates and features.
