Qualifications
A post-secondary degree, preferably with a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
Minimum of seven years related industry experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Life Licensed in the Province of BC, or willing to become licensed.
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee benefit plan cycle.
Design plans aligning with clients' HR objectives.
Conduct financial analysis and cost estimation.
Oversee negotiations with benefit providers.
Provide mentoring to benefit analysts and client staff.
Participate in marketing the Firm’s services.
