Qualifications

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the implementation and ongoing administration of new and existing business.
  2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  3. Respond to customer and client inquiries regarding insurance.
  4. Perform clerical duties (photocopying, scanning, printing, mail, etc.).
  5. Maintain client files using the company CRM.
  6. Manage departmental documents.
  7. Utilize quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and DocuSign.
  8. Engage in continuous learning to stay current in the evolving group benefits industry.
Minimum Requirements
  1. 1+ years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred).
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. High professionalism and dedication to providing a positive member experience.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to business growth.
  6. Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
  7. University or college degree preferred.
  8. Excellent computer skills.
  9. Life insurance license (LLQP) in Ontario preferred but not required.
