Responsibilities
  1. Assist in implementing and administering new and existing business.
  2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  3. Respond to customer and client inquiries regarding insurance.
  4. Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and mailing.
  5. Maintain client files regularly using the company CRM.
  6. Manage and organize departmental documents.
  7. Utilize quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and DocuSign.
  8. Engage in continuous learning to stay current in the evolving group benefits industry.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience in the administration of group benefits (preferred).
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. High professionalism and a commitment to providing a positive member experience.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to business growth.
  6. Willingness to learn; enthusiasm about building a career in the group benefits insurance industry. Training will be provided.
  7. University or college degree preferred.
  8. A valid life insurance license (LLQP) in Ontario is preferred but not required.
