  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to customers and clients regarding various insurance inquiries.
  • Clerical duties (ie : photocopying, scanning, printing, mail, etc.).
  • Regularly maintain client files using company CRM.
  • Manage and maintain departmental documents.
  • Utilization of quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom and DocuSign.
  • Continuous learning to keep up-to-date in the ever changing group benefits industry.

Requirements

  • 1+ years preferred experience in administration of group benefits
  • Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to always providing a positive member experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial nature with a pro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
  • A willingness to learn and demonstrates excitement about the opportunity to build a career in the group benefits insurance industry. Training will be provided!
  • University or college degree is preferred.
  • A valid life insurance license (LLQP) in Ontario is preferred but not a requirement.
