Job summary

TELUS Health in Toronto is seeking a Senior Analyst to administer group annuity plans and provide analytical support.

You will respond to plan inquiries, calculate benefits, maintain data accuracy, and lead projects while collaborating with clients and our administration team to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Defined Benefit pension administration experience including complex retirement, termination, death, and marriage breakdown calculations
• Post-secondary education (preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science) or related courses in Pension Administration
• Advanced knowledge of Defined Benefit pension plans and provincial pension and tax legislation
• Experience reviewing pension calculations and member transactions
• Ability to lead projects, taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease
• Excellent analytical skills
• A strong client service focus with exceptional professional acumen

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in administering group annuity plans and providing analytical and administration support. Here’s what you’ll do:

What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled individual with:

Salary Range

$39,900 - $74,100 CAD Annual

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
