Job description

Influence Marketing is a leading experiential marketing agency specializing in creating memorable, brand-focused experiences that engage audiences and drive results. We partner with some of the world’s most innovative brands to bring their stories to life through live events, activations, and immersive campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Experiential Group Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee projects, and drive strategy to deliver extraordinary brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.
  2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering value, addressing concerns proactively, and exceeding expectations.
  3. Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to discuss performance, strategy updates, and potential growth opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Develop innovative experiential strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive measurable engagement.
  6. Stay ahead of industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging technologies to craft forward-thinking campaigns.
  7. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of account managers, project managers, and creative professionals.
  8. Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance, ensuring team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  9. Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  10. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
  11. Monitor and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
  12. Provide clients with detailed budget forecasts, reconciliations, and transparent reporting.
  13. Oversee the entire lifecycle of experiential campaigns, from concept development to post-event analysis.
  14. Manage timelines, production schedules, staffing needs, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
  15. Anticipate and resolve challenges during planning and on-site execution, maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
  16. Partner closely with creative teams to translate client objectives into compelling concepts and activations.
  17. Work with production and operations teams to ensure technical and logistical aspects are flawlessly executed.
  18. Integrate digital and social media strategies into experiential campaigns to amplify reach and engagement.
  19. Track and measure campaign performance against established KPIs using data-driven methodologies.
  20. Provide clients with comprehensive post-campaign reports, including qualitative and quantitative results.
  21. Offer actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns based on insights and client feedback.
  22. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow client accounts, upselling additional services or expanding scopes of work.
  23. Partner with business development teams to pitch and secure new client opportunities.
  24. Represent the agency at industry events and conferences, networking to drive awareness and generate leads.
  25. Identify new experiential trends, platforms, and technologies to create cutting-edge experiences.
  26. Innovate new ways to engage consumers in-person and digitally through unique, immersive events.
Skills & Experience Required:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (preferred), or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, client services, or account management (agency experience preferred).
  3. Proven ability to manage large-scale experiential campaigns and budgets.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and growing talent.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  7. Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating impactful brand experiences.
  8. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
