Job summary

Executive Aviation is hiring both part-time and full-time Ground Handlers at London International Airport (YXU). Join a team focused on safety, efficiency and reliable service for Canada’s airlines. Training provided and shift flexibility available to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include following Transport Canada procedures, operating ground support equipment, guiding aircraft to gates, handling baggage, servicing aircraft water and lavatories, and maintaining ramp safety. Apply today.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk and flex for extended periods.
• Willingness to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear safety gear including steel-toe boots, reflective vest and hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Follow Transport Canada procedures and airport rules.
• Operate ground service equipment.
• Marshall/wing-walk aircraft to gate.
• Sort, load and offload guest baggage per load plan.
• Deliver guest baggage to claim area and unload onto conveyor.
• Service aircraft water and lavatories.
• Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove hazards.
• Groom aircraft interiors and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Come join us! Executive Aviation is excited to announce that we are hiring part-time and full-time Ground Handlers with our Below the Wing team at the London International Airport (YXU). This role reports directly to an amazing Shift Lead who is there to support you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure airline procedures are followed in line with the rules and regulations of Transport Canada
• Drive and operate ground service equipment
• Marshall/wing-walk aircraft to gate
• Sort, load and offload guest baggage in accordance with load plan
• Deliver guest baggage to claim area and unload onto conveyor system
• Service aircraft water and lavatories
• Inspect ramp areas for debris and remove/dispose of when found
• Groom's aircraft – clean whole cabin, galleys, lavatories, restock lavatory with supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Personal flexibility to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel and push and pull for extended periods of time
• A physical ability to consistently lift up to 70lbs/32kgs
• Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather
• Must wear safety wear – steel toe boots (green patch), reflective vest, and hearing protection
• An ability to meet all conditions of employment:
• Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
• A criminal background check
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
