Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Graphic Pre-Press Specialist in Guelph, ON to prepare production-ready artwork for digital can printing, shrink sleeves, labels and packaging. This on-site, full-time role requires 2–4 years of graphic design experience, strong knowledge of print workflows, and proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within packaging, printing, or digital pre-press.
• Strong understanding of print workflows and pre-press processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of colour profiles, CMYK vs RGB, spot colours, and print limitations.
• Experience creating production-ready artwork, including dielines, bleeds, and safe areas.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design and print work is required.

Responsibilities

Express Employment Professionals is conducting a confidential search for a Graphic Pre-Press Specialist on behalf of a growing manufacturing company in the Guelph area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional with digital pre-press experience who understands both the design and technical side of print production. In this role, you’ll prepare production-ready artwork, support customers and internal teams, and ensure printed packaging meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
