Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Mississauga is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Regional Head Office team. You will design marketing assets across print, digital, and social channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

With 2+ years of graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and help drive conversions and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Automotive/dealership retail experience is an asset.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design drives conversions.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital design (email, desktop, mobile) and brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce consistent, high-quality marketing assets across print, digital, and social channels.
• Support dealership marketing goals with timely, brand-compliant materials.
• Revise and adapt design briefs to fit evolving campaigns.
• Analyze marketing strategies and suggest design improvements for campaigns.
• Advise on best practices and optimize design process stages.
• Promote the brand and ensure creative briefs translate into compelling concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on design requests.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

We're seeking a talented andcreativeGraphic Designerto be part of ourRegional HeadOfficeteam inMississauga. This is your chance to elevate yourcareer with one of Canada's leading automotive companies!

Pay Rate: $42,000-$50,000

Responsibilities:

• Designand produce consistent, high-quality, and brand-compliant marketing assets(e.g., print materials, technical drawings, digital content, social mediaposts, dealership materials, event collateral, etc.) on time and accordingto required specifications.
• Performmiscellaneous tasks as required to support dealership marketing goals,based on management direction and business priorities
• Reviseand adapt design briefs as necessary to meet the evolving needs ofprojects or marketing strategies.
• Analyzecurrent marketing strategies and suggest improvements to ensure designsalign with campaign goals and target audiences.
• Adviseon best practices and identify/implement opportunities to optimize eachstage of the design process.
• Activelyseek out and implement opportunities to promote the brand.
• Managemultiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention todetail and meeting deadlines
• Ensurecreative briefs are translated into fresh, compelling concepts/executionsthat support business objectives.
• Collaboratewith stakeholders and vendors to address ad hoc internal and externaldesign requests.

Qualifications:

• Two(2) or more years of experience in graphic design
• Automotive/dealershipretail experience is an asset
• Post-secondarydiploma/degree in graphic design or related field
• Experiencedwith Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Asolid understanding of marketing principles, including how design plays arole in driving conversions, building brand awareness, and engaging withtarget audiences.
• Flexibleteam player, multitasker, and creative problem-solver
• Ableto multitask, work, and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Experiencedin digital design (i.e., email, desktop, mobile) with a strongunderstanding of digital marketing and its integration with visual design
• Keenunderstanding of and skill in graphic design, layout, and execution usingAdobe Creative Cloud Programs (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Photoediting/retouching skills
• Pre-pressproduction knowledge or experience
• Experiencewith animation or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro,etc.) is a plus but not a requirement
