Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Vancouver region seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across the Western Region. You will work closely with regional marketing teams, dealership partners, OEMs, and vendors to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or related field.
  • Two years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to collaborate with dealership teams and external partners.
  • Experience with social media management, website updates, CRM, or analytics is an asset.
  • Automotive retail marketing experience is an asset.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across regions.
  • Coordinate with dealership teams to gather details, offers, assets, approvals.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, timelines, and approvals workflows.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Assist with email, SMS, website, and other digital marketing updates as required.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with agencies, media partners, printers, and other vendors.
  • Support event planning, dealership activations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking; organize assets.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Strategist, the Marketing Coordinatorsupports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiativesacross the Western Region. Working closely with regional marketing teammembers, dealership teams, OEM partners, and external vendors, this positionhelps deliver campaigns that support brand awareness, customer engagement, leadgeneration, retention, and sales objectives.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating campaignrequirements, gathering information and approvals, maintaining projecttimelines, supporting reporting, and ensuring marketing materials meet Dilawriand OEM brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized,detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities ina fast-paced environment.

The expected salary range for this positionis $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support theplanning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across sales,service, parts, and corporate initiatives.
  • Coordinatewith dealership teams to gather campaign details, offers, creative assets,approvals, and other required information.
  • Maintainmarketing calendars, project trackers, timelines, and approval workflows tohelp ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Reviewmarketing materials for accuracy, grammar, offer details, brand consistency,and OEM compliance.
  • Support thedevelopment, scheduling, and publishing of approved social media content.
  • Assist withemail, SMS, website, and other digital marketing updates as required.
  • Preparemonthly marketing reports and help compile campaign performance results,insights, and recommendations.
  • Coordinatewith creative agencies, media partners, printers, content providers, and otherexternal vendors.
  • Support eventplanning, dealership activations, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
  • Assist withpurchase orders, invoices, budget tracking, and co-op documentation whererequired.
  • Organize marketing files, creative assets, campaign documentation, andfinal approvals.
  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the Western Region basedon business priorities.
Qualifications Required
  • Post-secondarydiploma or degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, ora related field.
  • Two (2) yearsof marketing, communications, or related experience.
  • Strongorganizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to managemultiple deadlines.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Strongproofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Workingknowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,and YouTube.
  • Basicunderstanding of digital marketing, campaign reporting, and performancemetrics.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability towork collaboratively with dealership teams, internal stakeholders, and externalpartners.
  • Experiencewith social media management, project-management, website, CRM, or analyticsplatforms is an asset.
  • Automotiveretail or dealership marketing experience is an asset.
  • Legallyentitled to work in Canada.
