CBRE Vancouver is actively seeking a versatile, proactive, and dynamic individual to produce best-in-class marketing materials and valuable marketing assistance to a brokerage team specializing in office properties while also being able to assist in the administrative requirements of the deal process. The qualified candidate must demonstrate a strong foundation in graphic design, possess a keen understanding of marketing practices encompassing hard copy materials, branding, social media, and advertising, have a great attitude and team spirit, along with a strong work ethic. Advanced expertise in InDesign is a prerequisite, while familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional video editing software is considered advantageous.

The salary being offered for this position is $68,000-$75,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
