Job summary

CBRE in Mississauga is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing support within a highly collaborative team. You will create diverse marketing materials, manage brand and social media strategy, and handle day-to-day marketing operations for client projects.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of marketing support experience, and proficiency in PowerPoint and InDesign.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent from 2-year college.
  • 1-2 years’ experience providing marketing support to a team of professionals is preferred.
  • Experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge and web publishing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations using advanced graphic software.
  • Develops and execute brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
  • Manages sales professionals’ social media accounts and ensure regular posts/interactions
  • Manages the day-to-day marketing operations of the team and its client projects.
  • Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence, and other records.
  • Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

The Opportunity

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $56,000-$62,000 annually.
