Job summary

Chaplin Grain Elevator in Chaplin, Saskatchewan, is seeking an organized Grain and Feed Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities, build strong relationships with farmers and agricultural customers, and coordinate orders and deliveries. The role requires coordinating quotations, contracts and reports while monitoring market trends.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, assist with grain purchasing, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in grain, feed, agricultural sales preferred.
• Knowledge of grain elevator operations or Prairie agriculture an asset.
• Strong communication, sales, customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and occasional travel required.
• Computer skills and experience preparing sales documents and reports.

Chaplin Grain Elevator is an agricultural facility engaged in grain purchasing, storage, cleaning and screening, and feed product sales. We serve farmers and producers in Chaplin and surrounding communities. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Grain and Feed Sales Supervisor.

Responsibilities
