Qualifications

• Recent graduate aiming to start a real estate career
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work daily in-office with occasional travel within Canada
• Interest in real estate operations, finance, marketing, and analytics

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person channels with professionalism and urgency
• Build rapport with prospective residents and present CLV’s portfolio
• Conduct in-person and virtual tours with strong product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Guide residents through the full leasing process from first contact to move-in
• Support leasing performance reporting and data analysis
• Develop market intelligence by studying communities, competitors, and resident trends
