Job summary

Gestion Zagora in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to lease apartments, maintain excellent tenant relations, and support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish

• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new tenants
• Stay informed about local rental market trends
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads promptly
• Prepare leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as needed
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and email

Position Summary

We’re currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Hamilton, Ontario. You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish
