Job description

Please note that this is a full‑time in‑person role in Burlington/Oakville.

CLV Group is redefining what a Canadian real estate platform can be. As an integrated investor, developer, and operator, we acquire, transform, and manage real‑estate assets at scale. Our model combines disciplined capital allocation, bold redevelopment strategies, and operational excellence to generate durable long‑term value.

We are not simply growing. We are building one of the most dynamic real estate platforms in the country.

Real estate shapes cities, communities, and lives. The spaces we create are homes, workplaces, and gathering places where life happens. That responsibility drives how we invest, build, and operate. From large‑scale office to residential conversions to complex mixed‑use communities, we focus on unlocking potential and delivering real‑world impact through design, sustainability, and execution.

Our culture is rooted in passion, purpose, and a strong sense of community. We cultivate thriving environments where residents, businesses, and neighbourhoods flourish. Philanthropy and social responsibility are embedded into our DNA, ensuring that as we grow, so do the communities we serve. We want to show the world that a business can scale and do good at the same time.

With a landmark acquisition underway and a robust national pipeline, we are expanding our footprint, deepening our capabilities, and accelerating our trajectory. This is not incremental growth. It is transformational expansion that will shape the next era of our organization and the communities we serve. For investors, we offer disciplined growth, institutional strength, and long‑term value creation at scale. For exceptional talent, we offer something rare: the opportunity to help build a category‑defining real estate platform from the inside. This is a moment to step into complexity, drive change, and leave a lasting mark on cities across Canada.

Your First Chapter: Real Estate in Action

You will begin in our Leasing team, where you develop a strong understanding of the resident journey, market behaviour, and the operational drivers of performance. This hands‑on experience forms the foundation for everything that follows.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in‑person channels with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend options from CLV’s diverse portfolio.
  • Conduct engaging in‑person and virtual tours that reflect strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Guide future residents through the full leasing process, from first interaction to move‑in.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators.
  • Build true market intelligence, studying communities, competitors, and resident trends to understand what drives demand and differentiates CLV in the Canadian market.
  • Study pricing, positioning, and service to influence performance and inform broader organisational strategy.

For graduates in Finance, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines, this experience offers direct exposure to the financial and operational heartbeat of real estate. You will connect front‑line activity to revenue performance, forecasting, and long‑term investment planning. You will also strengthen your broader business capabilities by:

  • Partnering with Marketing to ensure listings and promotional materials remain current and aligned with our brand.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to provide timely insights.
  • Supporting leasing performance reporting and data analysis.
  • Gaining exposure to the legal and regulatory framework that governs residential leasing in Canada.
Your Next Chapters: Growth and Opportunity

As you develop expertise and opportunities open up, you will work with our Talent team to explore future pathways across the organization. Career progression may include opportunities in:

  • Property Management and Operations
  • Finance and Real Estate Strategy
  • Accounting and portfolio performance analysis
  • Marketing and Market Intelligence
  • Leadership and People Management
Who You Are

You are a high‑performing graduate who is ambitious, curious, and ready to learn from the ground up. While preference will be given to graduates in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Human Resources, we welcome exceptional candidates from all disciplines who demonstrate dedication, teamwork, and resilience. Experience gained through academics, athletics, volunteering, or campus leadership is valued when it results in initiative, discipline, and commitment.

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Analytical and business minded, able to connect effort to results.
  • Competitive and results oriented, motivated to exceed goals and deliver strong performance.
  • High performers who take pride in excellence and accountability.
  • Trustworthy and professional, acting with integrity and sound judgement.
  • Confident communicators who build authentic relationships.
  • Warm, respectful, and community focused, creating positive experiences for residents and colleagues.
  • Collaborative team players who value and support our Operations and Leasing teams.
  • Culture builders and brand champions who bring energy, make work engaging, and elevate every property they are part of.
  • Resilient and growth oriented, always striving to learn, improve, and raise the bar.

Fluency in English is required. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in additional languages and who bring strong cultural awareness, enabling them to connect meaningfully with the diverse residents and communities we serve.

This role requires daily presence within our communities, providing meaningful exposure to operations and close collaboration with experienced professionals. Evening and weekend shifts are expected. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Most importantly, we are a small yet mighty team. We are looking for a new team member who will support our success when and as needed, as our team will do for you when you need it.

Salary: $45,000‑$48,000 annually plus uncapped commission. Top performers can earn $60,000‑$70,000 per year. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, education, professional designations, internal equity, and other job‑related requirements. We encourage applicants at all career stages to apply.
