Job summary

University of Toronto – OISE is seeking a Program Administrator to support the Master of Teaching Program. You will advise students, aid in admissions processing, manage data, and coordinate events with staff and partners across local and overseas locations.

The role requires strong front-line service, organization, and communication skills, with experience in graduate programs, data handling, and online course platforms. This position is full-time within a busy academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Advising students on program and course requirements; providing options and consequences.
• Responding to routine admissions and awards enquiries; referring complex cases as appropriate.
• Keeping informed on changes to courses, program requirements, policies and procedures.
• Collating and organizing data for reports; verifying information posted on digital platforms.
• Tracking and monitoring student course enrollments; coordinating program logistics and timetabling.
• Gathering materials for accreditation and program review as required.
