Job summary

University of Toronto's Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) is seeking a Program Administrator to support the Master of Teaching Program. You will advise students, assist with graduate admissions, process applications, and help coordinate program events, working with faculty, staff, and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in graduate student services, plus proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Quercus, and data reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in graduate student services in academia.
  • Experience with international student admissions.
  • Experience with admissions systems, data collection and reporting.
  • Experience with Quercus and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Advise students on program requirements and options.
  • Respond to routine admissions inquiries and refer complex cases.
  • Keep updated on courses, program requirements, policies.
  • Collate data for reports and accreditation materials.
  • Coordinate program logistics, rooms, timetabling, and events.
  • Assist with student inquiries and provide referrals to services.
