Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) in Victoria, BC, Canada, invites applications for a Grade 1 Teacher on a temporary 1.0 FTE maternity leave cover from December 2026 to June 2028. The successful candidate will join a supportive IB and BC curriculum–driven Junior School team.

Applicants should hold a valid BC teaching certificate and have experience teaching literacy and numeracy at the primary level. IB training and PYP experience are preferred but not required; a reflective, student-centred

Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is an independent JK to Grade 12 International Baccalaureate and Round Square day and boarding school located on two campuses in Victoria, BC, Canada. What You’ll Bring

You will hold a valid BC teaching certificate and bring strong experience in teaching literacy and numeracy at the primary level. IB training and PYP experience is preferred but not required.
