Job summary

Instacart is seeking a results-driven SEM specialist to own paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads from a remote Canada location. You will manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets, optimize bids, keywords, ads, and landing pages while coordinating with internal stakeholders for growth.

The role emphasizes rigorous analytics, SOP adherence, and clear communication of performance trends, with equity grants and a flexible remote policy as part of our compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid search campaign management in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing $5M+ monthly budgets is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills focused on CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs across multi-account structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with accuracy.
• Manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets with precise pacing.
• Design and optimize campaign structures, keywords, bids, and landing pages.
• Track, analyze, and report performance; surface insights proactively.
• Support A/B tests with data science, analytics, and product teams.
