You will engage with guests with a smile, maintain safe work areas, and learn about golf rates, course layout, and resort promotions. Flexible hours, lightweight lifting, and a positive team attitude are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 15 years old.
• High school diploma or GED an asset.
• Lift up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some split shifts, early mornings and late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and assist with tee times and payments.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe at all times.
• Explain golf cart operation and GPS fairway targets to guests.
• Monitor pace of play and ensure club storage and driving range areas are organized.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and report on-course incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of Silvertip Resort promotions and dress code.
