Job summary

Topgolf is immediately hiring for a Golf Service Associate in King, Ontario. This role focuses on delivering exceptional player experiences and maintaining the venue's inviting atmosphere. What You Will Do In The Role

• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have the information needed for a great Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players maximize their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all guests.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags across floor levels; bending, stooping, and carrying required.
• Spend the majority of the shift on your feet; walking throughout your shift.
• Engage in a variety of continuous physical tasks; maintain a can‑do attitude.
• Maintain endurance to keep pace in a high‑volume environment.
