Job summary

Faculty of Applied Sciences & Technology at Humber Polytechnic is seeking a Golf Lab Assistant to welcome visitors, manage Lab access, and coordinate bookings for simulator sessions and lessons. The role combines front-line customer service with hands-on Lab support.

You will assist with Lab operations, maintenance of equipment, and basic admin duties, contributing to a smooth day-to-day experience for students and staff in North Campus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in golf industry or related field preferred.
• Experience with retail and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and control access to the Golf Lab.
• Book simulator sessions and golf lessons; respond to inquiries.
• Perform routine admin tasks and maintain Lab equipment and supplies.
