We cater to a diverse and sophisticated membership base, providing a luxury indoor environment for golfers to improve their game regardless of the season.

Location 29th Links Road, North York, ON, M2P 1T7 Posted 2026-08-31 Deadline - Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and charismatic PGA Certified Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier golf instruction while driving student retention and package conversions. Due to our significant local demographics, the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese is highly preferred.

Locations:

• Primary: North York Store (29th Links Road, North York, ON, M2P 1T7)
• Secondary: Markham Store (1 Stone Mason Dr, Markham, ON, L3P 6X3) - Approx. 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional individual and group lessons using advanced launch monitor technology.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence (6 days/week, 40 hours total).
• Provide a flexible teaching schedule to meet the peak demands of our student base (including weekends/evenings).
• Commute between our North York and Markham facilities as scheduled.
• Actively engage with guests to convert trial lessons into long-term coaching programs.

Qualifications

• Certification: Must hold a valid PGA Certification (PGA of Canada or international equivalent).
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual (English/Mandarin or English/Cantonese) is a strong asset to serve our Chinese-speaking clientele.
• Legal Status: Must currently hold legal authorization to work in Canada. Note: We do not offer LMIA or any form of visa sponsorship.
• Technology: Proficiency with launch monitors (Trackman/GCQuad) and video analysis software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on student hospitality and "white-glove" service.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward excellence:

• Base Salary: $3,500 CAD per month.
• Performance Commission: Additional earnings based on:
  • Trial Conversion: Success in converting introductory assessments into coaching packages.
  • Student Feedback: Performance based on student satisfaction and progress reviews.
  • Retention: Effectiveness in maintaining a long-term student roster.
