Job summary

CFMWS – Groundsperson role on site in Alberta, supporting the preservation of our acclaimed military golf operations. You will care for greens, fairways, and flowerbeds, assist in turf care, irrigation, and course features, and help train new members while upholding high safety standards.

This on-site, temporary position runs through November 1, 2026, with a strong focus on teamwork and community service to Canadian Armed Forces members and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator License required.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course greens, fairways and flowerbeds with attention to detail.
• Assist in turf care, irrigation, and basic repairs under supervision.
• Support in training new team members and uphold safety standards.
