CFMWS in Canada is seeking a Groundsperson to steward our golf operations, maintaining greens, fairways, and flowerbeds with pride.

You will perform landscaping tasks, assist in turf treatment and irrigation, and help train new team members while upholding the highest safety standards. This on-site role supports our mission to provide well-being programs for CAF members and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Experience operating turf care equipment.
• English required; bilingual an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, fairways and flowerbeds across the golf course.
• Assist in turf treatment and irrigation system operation.
• Train and mentor new team members while upholding safety standards.
