Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Lead, Go to Market Intelligence in Oakville, ON. You will own the account and contact data foundation, design scoring models, and manage data enrichment to drive targeted selling in the public sector.

You will write SQL and Python daily, validate predictive models, and turn raw signals into ranked target lists for GTM execution. Hybrid work with three days in the Oakville office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in go-to-market analytics, revenue operations, or a similar analytical function.
• Hands-on experience building and validating an account/lead scoring or propensity model end-to-end with feature selection, modeling, and backtesting.
• Strong SQL across large multi-table datasets and working proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

• Own account and contact data standards, coverage benchmarks by segment and territory.
• Define enrichment requirements and manage vendor selection, ingestion logic, and refresh cadence.
• Design and refine Intent-to-Buy and Propensity-to-Buy models, validate performance against outcomes.
• Translate ICP findings into practical targeting rules and support territory design with intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing to operationalize scoring and segmentation into outbound workflows.
