Job summary

Euna Solutions in Oakville, Ontario, seeks a Project Manager to deliver enterprise-scale Euna Grants implementations for state government clients. You will own the project plan, manage risks, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and maintain governance and delivery standards.

You will partner with agency leads, provide executive-level reporting, and embed AI tools to improve efficiency. This role requires 4+ years PM experience in public sector projects and a BA/BS degree.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in project management delivering enterprise software or technology projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in public sector, government, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet; familiar with waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and embedding technology into daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure, maintaining ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, and decision registers per standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, drive mitigation, and escalate as needed.
• Ensure activities comply with ethics, security standards, and public sector regulations.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and maintain documentation.
