Job summary

Teva Canada is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate – On the Floor and Product Release in Stouffville, Ontario, for a 12-month contract with an afternoon shift (2:00pm–10:30pm).

You will audit manufacturing/packaging/testing batch records, review deviations, support CAPAs, and release bulk/finished goods for GMP compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet MPS schedules and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year QA experience; 3 years preferred.
• Proficiency with TrackWise, Oracle/SAP, LIMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing/packaging/testing batch records and release in real time.
• Prepare audit notices and maintain audit metrics.
• Evaluate quality floor incidents and complete DIFs; review Work Orders and change controls.
• Collaborate with site ops to resolve quality incidents and CAPAs.
• Perform water and environmental sampling and BAS reviews; daily walkthroughs.
• Support GDP/GMP deviations and ensure SOP/GMP compliance.
• Prepare daily quality shift reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist in minor deviations, CAPAs, and CAPA ERs as needed.
